Wisner Township is located in Tuscola County in the state of Michigan. The population was 690 at the 2010 census.  A rural community, the main industry is agriculture.

 

The township was first organized in 1861 and named after Moses Wisner, Governor of Michigan from 1859-1861.

 

The township has a total area of 25.7 square miles, of which 19.4 square miles is land and 6.3 square miles is water.

 

Bradleyville, Oakhurst, Quanicassee and Wisner are unincorporated communities located within the township.
